American Academy of Pediatrics: the poster on the left was developed for distribution to pediatrician and obstetrician offices, as well as secondary schools, welfare and government offices. There was no smoke during the actual photo shoot — it was added in Photoshop. The poster on the right was developed for secondary schools for a way to think alternatively to drugs and alcohol. The very interesting thing about this is that is was done in the early 1990s and there was a virus-email for several years around 2000 with the exact words!
